Shipping Policy

At Zrendora, our goal is to deliver your tools quickly, safely, and at no extra cost. We strive to provide a smooth, transparent, and stress-free experience—from checkout to final delivery.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.

Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping is available for all eligible orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada.

U.S. Regions Not Supported

At this time, we are unable to ship to the following U.S. territories and special regions:

  • Puerto Rico

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Guam

  • Military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO)

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


2. Shipping Method

All orders ship via Standard Shipping, free of charge.
No minimum order amount is required.


3. Inventory & Fulfillment

Many of our products have substantial weight and volume. To ensure fast delivery:

  • We pre-stock adequate inventory in our U.S. warehouse, sourced from trusted suppliers in advance.

  • This allows us to ship most orders quickly and efficiently.

If unexpected inventory shortages occur:

  • We will contact you via email to discuss revised delivery times.

  • If you prefer not to wait, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund immediately.


4. Processing & Delivery Time

Order Processing Time

  • 1–3 business days

  • During peak seasons or holidays: 4–5 business days

Canada 7–10 days

Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • A link to track your package

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours after processing, please contact us at support@zrendora.com.


6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Zrendora is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages returned for address errors

If a package is returned to us, re-shipping may require an additional fee.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.

  • After shipment, requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy.


8. Delivery Issues & Returns

If a delivery attempt fails or the package is refused and returned to us:

  • We will notify you by email.

  • A re-shipping fee may apply if you request redelivery.


9. Shipping Delays Disclaimer

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier issues

  • Holiday traffic

  • Other unexpected events

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside our direct control. However, we will assist you in contacting the carrier and resolving any issues.
